Shola Ajani is the CEO of Nigeria Jobs Online.
A 1988 graduate of the University of Ife, Nigeria. In 1990 he left for the United Kingdom for his Second Degree. He started his working career in the UK in 1992 when was appointed Project Manager by Springboard Housing Association, a position he held for 4 years.

In 1997 he returned briefly to Nigeria and went back to the UK in 1999 when he set up Housing Potentials-recruitment, training & consultancy provider to the public sector in the UK, a company instrumental in training well over 1000 individuals.

From 2000 he worked as Business Analyst Consultant to over 10 Local Authorities in the United Kingdom offering Professional Services in the following areas; Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management, Systems Development and Implementation, Change Management. In 2003, he facilitated a workshop on Change Management for the Office of the British Deputy Prime Minister.

He came back to Nigeria in 2004 and set up Maximise Potentials Group, a Consulting Firm. In the same year he was invited by a Nigerian multi national firm to take on their recruitment function and part of the strategy was to use online recruit advertising as a tool to target potential recruits, however research revealed the lack of dedicated online recruitment advertising portal in Nigeria, hence the birth of www.nigeriajobsonline.com. www.nigeriajobsonline.com, Nigeria’s premier online recruitment advertising portal.

Shola is widely travelled and is a regular speaker and facilitator at events, conferences and seminar. He has been interviewed live on British television on his contributions to public sector development in the United Kingdom. He has featured in interviews with Nigeria’s leading Newspapers; Business Day and THISDAY Newspapers and also the Times Newspaper of London.
