As the venue builder for this international event, we completed an extreme 5-day build, transforming a 3000㎡ blank space into a "pop-up city" carrying global innovation dreams.

Meticulous Execution Across All Scenarios, Balancing Quality and Functionality

We simultaneously advanced construction at both the Shanghai Alibaba Center Outdoor Plaza and the 6th floor of Building T2, covering four core areas: the main stage area, creative market area, interaction and exchange area, and co-working area.

From stage structure construction and lighting/sound system calibration to ground paving, atmosphere setup, and functional zoning planning, every detail was repeatedly refined and strictly inspected — both fitting the futuristic tone of the Tech Burning Man Festival and meeting the diverse needs of global innovators to work, communicate, and co-create, ensuring every space delivers maximum value.

United in Purpose, Breaking Through with Collaboration

The successful delivery of an international-level event is impossible without the team's joint effort. Facing high-intensity construction tasks, our core team had clear division of labor and tacit coordination, shouldering responsibility with passion and dedication, and efficiently advancing all work throughout the process.

· The team coordinated the overall situation and controlled direction, laying a solid foundation for project delivery;

· On-site execution personnel worked deep on the front lines, coordinating construction progress and various resources to ensure orderly progress of construction work;

· Liaison personnel precisely connected all parties, efficiently syncing requirements and opening up the full-process collaboration chain;

· Some team members were called upon at critical moments, taking on multiple roles and working around the clock — tackling construction challenges by day, verifying details and optimizing plans by night.
